Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of HydroGlas E.U. (hereinafter 'Seller') apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter 'Customer') and the Seller regarding goods presented in the Seller's online shop. 1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. 1.3 The products offered may only be purchased by adults.

2. Order and contract conclusion
2.1 The presentation of goods in the web shop does not constitute a binding offer. 2.2 The order is placed in the following steps: selection of goods, entry of data, choice of shipping method/payment, review in the shopping cart, confirmation by clicking 'Buy / Order'. 2.3 By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The confirmation email confirms receipt but does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded only upon delivery or a separate declaration of acceptance.

3. Return policy (voluntary)
For orders placed between 3 December 2024 and 24 December 2024, an extended return period of 30 days applies. For all other orders, the period is 14 days from receipt. Return costs: flat rate of €5.90 (deducted from the refund amount).
