1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of HydroGlas EU (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") concludes with the Seller with regard to the goods presented by the Seller in his online shop. The inclusion of the Customer's own conditions is hereby contradicted, unless otherwise agreed. The company's deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs); the company does not recognise any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these T&Cs, unless the customer has expressly agreed to their validity. Contract fulfilment actions by the company do not constitute consent to contractual terms that deviate from these T&Cs.

1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The products offered may only be purchased by adults.

order and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the goods in the web shop does not constitute a binding offer by the company to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is hereby merely invited to submit an offer by placing an order.

The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the seller's online shop. After placing the selected goods in the virtual shopping cart and completing the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer with regard to the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the button that completes the ordering process.


The order is placed in the following steps:

  1. selection of the desired goods
    2. Enter your login details for registration in the webshop (first name, last name, street and house number, postal code, city, country, email address, telephone number).
    3. Display of pre-contractual information for consumers in accordance with Section 5a KSchG and Section 4 FAGG
    4. Choice of shipping method and payment method (prepayment, invoice)
    5. Checking the information in the shopping cart
    6. Confirmation by clicking the button "order"
    7. Re-examination and, if necessary, correction of the respective entered data
    8. Binding dispatch of the order
    9. By submitting the order in the web shop, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. By submitting the order, the customer acknowledges the pre-contractual information for consumers and these General Terms and Conditions as the sole determining factor for the legal relationship with the company.
    10. The company confirms receipt of the customer's order by sending a confirmation email. This order confirmation does not yet represent acceptance of the contract offer by the company. It merely serves to inform the customer that the order has been received by the company. The declaration of acceptance of the contract offer is made by delivery of the goods or an express declaration of acceptance.

    We offer a transparent and simple return policy for customers in Austria and Germany so that you can shop worry-free.

    • Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products as well as product exchanges.
    • Condition: Returns and exchanges are only possible for unused products in new condition.
    • Deadline:
      • For orders placed between December 3, 2024 and December 24, 2024, an extended return period of 30 days applies.
      • For all other orders, the return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
    • Return process: Returns are made by mail. You can download and print the return label via [your returns page or customer service]. A flat rate of €5.90 will be charged for the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Fees: There are no restocking fees.
    • Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return and will be refunded to the original method of payment.
